Have you fallen behind on your Bible-in-a-Year reading plan?
You’re not alone — and more importantly, you don’t need to quit.
Every year, many people start strong in January with excitement and good intentions. Then life happens. Schedules fill up. Illness comes. Work gets busy. Kids need attention. Before long, you realize you’re days… or even weeks behind.
And that’s usually when discouragement whispers:
“You failed.”
“You might as well stop.”
But here’s the truth:
👉 Falling behind is not failure.
👉 Stopping is the only way you lose.
Keep Going — Even If You’re Behind
If you’ve missed days, you have simple options:
Listen to two days at a time until you catch up.
Read a little extra when you can.
Or simply keep moving forward and finish when you finish.
This journey isn’t about checking a box on December 31st.
It’s about spending time with God.
The goal was never perfection — it was transformation.
Progress Over Perfection
God isn’t measuring your reading pace. He’s inviting you into relationship.
Every chapter you read…
Every passage you listen to…
Every moment spent in His Word matters.
Even slow progress is still spiritual growth.
“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” — Psalm 119:105
You don’t need to restart.
You don’t need to feel guilty.
You just need to keep going.
A Simple Encouragement
If today is the day you pick your Bible back up, let this be your reminder: Keep going. God is still speaking.
📖 One day at a time.
📖 One chapter at a time.
📖 One step closer to Him.
