A couple of tips:

  1. Respond honestly and remove any "I should's" from your mind! There are no "right" or "wrong" answers, just preferences and inclinations.

  2. If ANY part of a question applies to you, answer as if the ENTIRE question does (eg., if you are skilled at communicating in writing, but don't know anything about social media or video editing, you should still note that you are skilled in response to this question.)

  3. Don't be humble! Avoid too many "middle of the road" answers because they won't be as helpful in matching you to potential opportunities.
