Join us on Sunday, March 22 at Ashland Church of Christ for a special evening of fellowship and worship during this Lenten season.
We’ll begin with Soup & Dessert at 5:30 PM, followed by the service at 6:30 PM led by Ps. Collin Brennan. The evening will also include worship songs as we gather together in reflection and faith.
Come be encouraged and spend time with our church family as we prepare our hearts during this season.
This message reflects on the true cost of following Jesus, centered in Luke 9:18–27. While we celebrate seasons like Palm Sunday, Good Friday, and Resurrection Sunday, Jesus calls us to more than admiration—He calls us to daily commitment.
Following Christ means denying ourselves, taking up our cross, and choosing surrender over comfort. The world offers temporary rewards, but true life is found in giving ourselves fully to Him. Believers are challenged to live boldly, stay rooted in prayer and Scripture, and trust God completely.
Though the journey may be difficult, the promise of eternal life and the hope of God’s kingdom give us strength to faithfully carry our cross each day.
Can't be here in person? Watch live.
