The holidays are supposed to be “the most wonderful time of the year,” right?
But between packed schedules, messy houses, family tensions, overflowing to-do lists, and expectations that never quite match reality, Christmas can feel a lot more chaotic than calm.
This year at Ashland Church of Christ, we’re leaning into the chaos and discovering how Jesus meets us right in the middle of it with hope, peace, and joy.
What Is A Chaotic Christmas?
A Chaotic Christmas is a special Christmas service created by Collin Brennan and Chadd Butz—a mix of real-life stories, Scripture, humor, and heartfelt moments that remind us:
God isn’t afraid of our mess.
The first Christmas was far from picture-perfect.
Jesus came into our chaos, not after we had it all together.
You’ll laugh, you might cry, and you’ll walk away encouraged to see God’s hand even in the most unpredictable parts of your life.
Who Is It For?
Everyone!
Families with kids
Grandparents, neighbors, and friends
Those who love Christmas
Those who are barely hanging on this season
If Christmas feels loud, busy, or overwhelming this year—you’re not alone. This service is designed especially with you in mind.
