Church Sound System Updates for Worship

Dear Church Family,

We are excited to share some significant updates regarding our sound and video systems that will enhance our worship experience.

Here’s what you can expect:

New Equipment and Improvements

• 

  New Snake: We have installed a new audio snake that will improve the connection between our instruments and the sound system, ensuring clearer sound quality.

• Direct Inject Boxes (DI's): New DI's have been added to better manage our audio signals, especially for instruments, providing a cleaner and more professional sound.

• XLR Cables: Upgraded XLR cables have been implemented to enhance audio transmission and reliability during services.

• Speakers: Purchased new speakers to enhance the sound quality for in-person services.

Stage Layout Changes

We are also changing the stage layout to optimize sound distribution and improve the overall aesthetics of our worship space. This new configuration will allow for better visibility and engagement during services.

Software Upgrades

• ProPresenter: We have upgraded to the latest version of ProPresenter, which will allow for more dynamic presentations and seamless integration of media during worship.

• OBS (Open Broadcaster Software): OBS has been set up to enhance our live streaming capabilities, providing a more professional streaming experience for our online congregation.

Video Streaming Enhancements

With the addition of our new PTZOptics camera, we are now equipped to stream our services live to YouTube. This will enable us to reach a wider audience and keep our community connected, even from afar.

Configuration Efforts

These upgrades have involved hours of configuration to ensure everything works seamlessly together. We appreciate your patience during this transition and are confident that these improvements will greatly enhance our worship experience.
